ENROLLMENT
The Ministry of Education, Science and Sport has published the 2023/2024 call for applications for higher vocational education. It explains in detail the admission procedure, all the Higher Vocational schools and the programmes available to you.
Here is a brief summary of the admission process.
There are two application periods. Each starts with your application to the call for applications and ends with your enrollment.
All admission procedures for all higher education institutions in Slovenia are managed by the Higher Education Application Service, which is located in Celje.
Application for Admission to Higher Professional Education

Part- time study
You can apply and enrol for part-time studies following the same procedure and deadlines as for full-time studies. If there are still places available for part-time study, you can apply directly to the Higher Vocational College after the second application deadline, until the start of the academic year or 30 October 2023 at the latest.

Medical examinations, insurance, work clothes for practical exercises, other professional excursions organised by the school and copying of study materials are charged at actual costs.

Students can pay in one lump sum or by instalments.
